Went to Nanjing Museum

On February 15th, Karen, Rena and I went to Nanjing Museum.
There were many different kind of small museum in it. For example: Ancient Chinese Jade, Ancient Chinese Ware, Ancient Bronze, Ming and Qing Porcelain. But I love Ancient Treasure Museum best. Its name is very different, yes?
Treasure, in its narrow sense, refers to those natural treasures inherited from nature with high economic value, like gold, silver, precious stones, jade, and jewelry and so on. They are the gems of crusty movement of the earth for millions of year; in its wide sense, it also refers to the valuable historic relics that contain in the advanced cultural, artistic and scientific values in the history of development.
They are the crystallization of human intelligence and ingeniousness, and they are the marks of social development.
Treasures of various kinds, with extraordinary qualities and ingeniousness, occupy a place of its own in the array of treasures. Jade seal imprint material has its rare quality, the gold and silver products have their special shining luster, and Buddhist statues give people a sense of solemn and holy feeling, and there are the various plastic arts of uncanny and superlative workmanship. All these make the ancient Chinese rarity shining
through ages and give people unforgettable aesthetic entertainment and enlightenment.
